This training session was definitely the best and most thorough one I have personally experienced. Eric has the expert knowledge that will take his time to answer his audience questions. Eric made the subject fun, clear and simple, I enjoyed it!  

 

Applying his methods and principals to my day-to-day life has been a great boost of energy that I was not getting prior to his training. I was missing some of the essential nutrition and replacing them with the bad ones that I thought was the right thing to do. I truly recommend this training to everyone. There is so much to learn in order to have a positive impact on our lifestyle. The amount of physical information that Eric provides during his training session is a great bonus! Not only did I read his handouts but also I applied them to my daily routine. I found the handouts detailed in a clear and concise manner that will not intimate anyone in reading them.
